Joy is a combination of King Arthur Bread Flour and filtered water. You can feed Joy with any type of flour you would like though I highly recommend bread flour and King Arthur is my preferred flour. Full product ingredients are included with each packet of Joy. King Arthur Bread Flour is made with unbleached hard red wheat flour, Enzyme (alpha-amylase for improvement of baking performance).
